Let’s be real—if you’re in the digital industry, your mornings likely begin with emails, coffee, and a race to your first meeting. Mine did too. Until one simple personal experiment changed everything. I swapped scrolling for stretching, and now I swear by my 10-minute fitness ritual that fuels both my mind and momentum.

I wasn’t aiming for a six-pack—just to feel less sluggish before my calendar kicks in. So I committed to 10 minutes of light movement each morning: jumping jacks, stretches, and deep breaths. Surprisingly, these mini moves brought major benefits.

Working in tech means long hours at a desk. But pairing that with a short, intentional workout gave me clarity and revived my fitness motivation. I began each day already “winning,” and that mental edge carried into code reviews and client calls.
