How a Morning Routine Rebuilt My Body, Mood, and Motivation

When I first got injured, I thought everything had stopped. My digital design career, my fitness, even my sense of purpose. One morning, I decided to reclaim some structure. I set an alarm for 7:30 AM—not for a meeting, not for an appointment, just for me. That first step was small but symbolic. I was taking control.
